A small engagement fee secures mutual commitment and launches the Priority Search; the remainder is payable upon successful placement. You also receive first refusal on any candidates we present, giving your organization exclusive early access to new talent.

Fully retained Search

This search is reserved for very senior positions that require undivided attention. We allocate our most experienced consultant and dedicate focused resources to ensure a thorough, confidential, and strategic recruitment process tailored to the unique requirements of these roles.

Our effort is directed and focused purely on seeing your project through to completion. We manage every stage of the search end-to-end—sourcing, vetting, stakeholder engagement, and offer negotiation—so you can be confident the assignment receives priority and momentum until the right leader is secured.

Payment terms for this premium service are structured to align hiring incentives: an initial one third of the anticipated fee is payable at the commencement of the search, a second one third is payable 30 days into the project, and the final one third is due upon successful completion of the search.
